Is this a subscription?

No. Every credit pack is a one-time purchase. You buy credits when you need them and there is no recurring charge.

Do credits expire?

Credits stay in your balance and do not expire while your account remains active. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Creem. Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported. Creem calculates and remits any applicable sales tax, so the price you see includes tax where required.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed are not refundable. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.

Who operates Aetherin?

Aetherin is an independently operated software service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider whose technology may be used to deliver results.
